Getting started
How do I generate table QR codes?
Go to QR Codes in the sidebar. You'll see a QR code card for each table you configured. Click Download to save a PNG, or use Bulk Download to get a print-ready PDF with all tables.
How does a DJ link to my venue?
Share the security code from DJ Management. When the DJ opens the Lycium DJ app for the first time, they enter this code to link your venue. You can regenerate the code at any time — existing linked DJs won't be affected.
Can I have multiple DJs active at once?
Currently one DJ can run a live event at a time. If a second DJ starts an event, the previous session is automatically closed. Multiple DJs can be linked to your venue — only one is live at a time.
Billing & tips
When do tips get settled?
Tips are charged to the guest's card at the moment they send a request. Lycium batches the night's tips and transfers to your connected bank account within 2 business days of the event ending.
What is the Table Billing view for?
The Table Billing view shows each table's tip total so waitresses or managers can reconcile against the POS at the end of the night. Check a table as "billed" once it's been settled with the guests.
What's Lycium's fee?
Lycium charges a flat SaaS subscription (shown in your plan). There's no percentage fee on tips — all tips go to the DJ and venue. Standard card processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) apply per transaction.
